Garraf Home Expert was founded and is led by Justine and Hassen. Established in the summer of 2023 in Spain, it follows a decade-long expatriate experience in Thailand, where they founded Samui Home Expert on the island of Koh Samui.
There, their family grew alongside their real estate business, which saw significant success through numerous transactions, construction projects, and a luxury concierge service offering a wide range of services for both long-term and vacation rentals.
The family adventure continued in Spain, driven by their children’s passion for playing football in a local academy.
This desire led to the creation of Garraf Home Expert, catering to their international clientele eager to follow them and acquire land in the Garraf region.
Justine quickly obtained her real estate certification in Catalonia. At the same time, Hassen, after a year of hard work on the construction of their main residence, returned to villa maintenance, thus reuniting the couple on this exciting new journey.
